Dr Shalini Krishnamurthy
Founder and lead cosmetologist
Dr. Shalini Krishnamurthy founded Elara Aesthetics and leads every consultation herself. Born and raised in Bengaluru, she brings deep experience in advanced aesthetic medicine and non-surgical cosmetic treatment, combining current medical technology with a plan made for each person's skin, hair and goals.
She earned her MBBS and a Diploma in Cosmetology in Mumbai, then a Master's degree in Dermatology in the United Kingdom. Dermatology held her interest more than any other subject in medical school, because skin conditions are part of everyone's daily life; by her final year she knew it was her calling.
Patients know her for compassion, precision and ethical practice. At Elara you see the same doctor at your first consultation and at every review, so your skin is understood over years, not visits.

The Pearl Circle
Membership by invitation
Elara opens with a Founding Circle of 100 numbered memberships. Each founder receives a numbered metal card. Once the hundred are placed, the Founding Circle closes for good.

Before your first visit
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Elara sees clients by appointment only, so every visit has the time it needs. Choose a time online and our concierge will look after the rest.
Will I see Dr. Shalini Krishnamurthy?
Yes. Your consultation and reviews are with Dr. Shalini Krishnamurthy.
Can I book a treatment without a consultation?
No. A treatment is recommended only after your skin has been examined, so the first step is always a consultation. Treatments can be booked online once they are part of your plan.
How do I change or cancel an appointment?
Use the link in your confirmation message to reschedule or cancel online. Close to the day of your visit, changes are made personally by our concierge.
How do I join The Pearl Circle?
Request an invitation and you will be added to the list. Founding memberships are offered personally while they last.
Should I come without makeup?
If you can, yes. It helps the examination. If not, we will help you remove it on arrival.
What happens to the details I share?
They are used only to arrange and look after your appointment. Your booking is held in our clinic system, not on this website, and we never sell your information.
